What we collect

When you use an inquiry form we store the details you enter, your consent choices, the submission time and an inquiry status. We also set a small, required cookie that supports form security and private owner access. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry to respond to you and to prepare a possible next conversation. If you separately tick the optional broker-introduction box, we may, only then, share your inquiry with a specific professional partner, and we will tell you who before any such introduction. Ticking the optional research-updates box is separate again and only controls research updates. No introduction happens automatically.

Who sees it

The site owner can review your inquiry in the private owner workspace. Human email uses Google Workspace. We use Amazon SES to send inquiry notifications to our internal owner address. Saving an inquiry does not guarantee email delivery. We do not send customer plan emails and we do not offer customer registration. We do not sell your contact data and we do not perform automatic broker introductions.

Where it is stored

Form data, consents and submission status are stored in a private database on the service host, outside the public web directory with owner-only file permissions. Hosting systems also keep technical request and security logs. Cloudflare Turnstile checks help block spam and may receive browser and network information.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete an inquiry using the protected Contact form. Plan information you create in the on-device planner stays in your browser and is not sent to us unless you choose to submit the buyer form.

Retention

We keep unconverted inquiries for 12 months after the last meaningful contact, and we keep backups and operational logs for 30 days. This is managed by a manual operator process; automatic deletion is not implemented in the software. Business records tied to a signed agreement may need a separate, approved retention period.

Saved plans and this device

The local planner starts in memory only. Nothing is saved until you explicitly choose Save plan on this device, which stores just your mission answers and selected model IDs in this browser's local storage on this device. It does not store contact details, consent choices, tokens or copied aircraft facts. Because free-text mission entries can contain anything you type, avoid entering personal contact details. On a shared device, another person using this browser could see a saved plan. Clear saved plan removes only this site's own plan key and nothing else on the device.

Optional buyer form handoff

If you choose Request a human review, the planner may place a short-lived handoff in this tab's session storage, expiring after about ten minutes, holding only the mission text, selected model names, budget and timing you entered. It is used to prefill the buyer form for your review. Nothing is submitted until you review and submit that form yourself, and no mission text or contact details are placed in page addresses.

Buyer choices are separate

The buyer form asks for permission to be contacted (required to respond), an optional broker introduction and sharing consent, and optional aircraft research updates. These are separate, start unchecked and are recorded with your submission.
